Together, they offer a powerful toolkit to help you feel more balanced, calm, and energised.
Start your day with some silence just with yourself with some Gratitude in your heart to all the things that life has offered you and things you can do, saying somethings positive to yourself like a intention can be helpful too like “I am grounded, focused, and open” Begin with the practice Nadi Shudhi or any Pranayama as breath is the source of energy to the entire body like fuel to the car or battery for the phone similarly if one starts with breathing it enhances our respiratory system which links to our heart and Mind – The Yoga Masters or practitioners say where the Mind goes the breath follows they are inseperable if you slow down ur breath the mind slows down too, its also like where your Mind is giving attention the energy starts to flow in that direction Positive mind brings in positive energy
🌅 1. Morning Ritual: Tongue Scraping & Warm Water
Start your day with a cleansing Ayurvedic ritual:
Scrape your tongue using a metal tongue scraper to remove toxins (ama) that accumulate overnight.

This simple act sets the tone for better digestion and energy throughout the day.
